Ingredients:1 egg, 60g granulated sugar, 3g salt (you can leave out the salt if you don’t like it), 60ml milk, 120g low gluten flour, 8g baking powder for baking, 60g unsalted butter

Directions:

(1) Whip the eggs into an egg wash, add sugar and salt, and mix well with a whisk.

(2) Pour in milk and mix well with a whisk.

(3) Sift the low gluten flour and baking powder into a bowl and stir with a whisk until there are no particles.

(4) Add the pre-melted butter and mix until smooth.

(5) Preheat the machine and brush the baking sheet with oil. Make sure to pour the batter enough to fill the doughnuts, otherwise they will not be round enough to bake and bake! Bake for 3-5 minutes, do not fasten while baking to avoid damaging the machine.

(6) Make the donuts Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with sugar pins, strawberries, coconut and other decorations.
