RavioliMaker

RavioliMaker created to make 2 or 3 square ravioli, measuring 5x5cm or 3x3cm! With beech wood inserts and aluminum rollers, to facilitate the detachment of the formed ravioli, it is adaptable to any Imperia pasta machine. The supplied hopper has beech wood rollers to convey the two parts of pastry to the forming rollers.

StendiPasta

Pasta dryer is the perfect tool for leaving up to 1.5 kg of fresh pasta to dry, so that it remains intact and elastic even when cooked. The removable rods are used to collect the pasta during cutting and can be inserted into the frame of the pasta spreader in a simple and fast way.
