The default mixing time is 15 minutes, and the default proofing time is 90 minutes. The spiral dough-kneading structure, combined with a 200W high-power motor, ensures consistent mixing that mimics hand kneading, thoroughly blending the flour to create a more elastic dough. One-touch operation saves time and effort.

CONSTANT-TEMPERATURE FERMENTATION:The bread mixer machine uses a constant temperature fermentation design, maintaining the fermentation temperature between 77-100°F, providing the ideal proofing temperature for the dough and maintaining the ideal environment for yeast growth, allowing the dough to ferment fully and evenly. (Note: Fermentation temperature may be affected by room temperature. If the room temperature is low, it is recommended to use warm water to achieve better fermentation results.)
