I attempted to make fettucini this morning for my birthday and when I opened the pasta machine box to assemble there are dents and scratches all over it. It is marketed as stainless steel but is clearly made out cheap re-used tin with very sharp edges. I took the "new" plastic off and there was grease underneath. I was able to roll only one piece of dough through the thicker noodle cutter before the pasta maker broke.

This is a nice set and I really liked for the first three uses. Then I used it for the fourth time and a gear inside the machine came loose and it wouldn't spin anymore to roll the pasta. I could hear it moving inside if the metal casing and banging around. I took the machine apart hoping to place the gear back in it's place and it seemed to work for whole 5 minutes until it didn't again. Of course refund window is closed. All the other pieces besides the machine are great so I'm really disappointed that it broke so quickly.

Straight trash!! Brand new and first time using this machine. Started making Christmas ravioli and discovered first 2 pieces of dough we rolled through had metal shavings throughout it so the machine went straight into the trash and we finished it all by hand.

This pasta maker is hard to use for one person. If you make spaghetti you need two people, one to turn the handle and one to catch and hang the pastas.

When I received this package it was incomplete. The rack that was advertised to dry the noodles was not included in the package. I am not sure if whoever returned this before took it and just returned the rest or what happened. These packages that were sold before need to be opened up and checked for missing pieces. I was very disappointed.
