What should I do if there is an E0 error code?

If there is an E0 error code, please check if the vessel is properly installed. The side with the scale should face outward, and the triangle on the vessel needs to align with the mark on the machine.

What are the requirements for sugar and alcohol content?

All inputs must include at least 5% sugar. When using the spiked slush mode, all premade input must contain between 3.5% and 17% alcohol.

What’s the function of the star nozzle? How should I use it?

It can be used when selecting the ice cream mode. Just install it onto the dispenser spout, then youcan dispense a better-shape of ice cream. (Remember to take it off in other modes, because the slushiemight be blocked by the star nozzle)

What should I do if the slushie can’t be dispensed from the spout?

It’s a normal phenomenon. If this appears, simply use a wooden stick to gently poke or push into the dispensing spout to break the ice plug. Or press the Decrease Button to raise the tempareture and wait for a few minutes, the slushie will flow out.

Can I switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit?

Yes, to change the temperature between Celsius and Fahrenheit, try pressing the “Rinse Button” for 5 seconds to complete the switch.
