SIMPLEX Spaghetti

The rollers cut your fresh pastry in the spaghetti format with size 2 mm diameter. Spaghetti, the most famous pasta format in the world, is characterized by a round and thin diameter and are ideal for any seasoning.

SIMPLEX Capelli d’angelo 2 versions

There are two versions of Simplex Angel Hair: 0,8mm and 1,5mm. One of the thinnest pasta formats that likes to accompany light seasonings.

SIMPLEX Tagliolini

With Simplex tagliolini you can create your own fresh pasta in the 2 mm format a breeze! This pasta format goes well with light sauces, fish, delicate condiments or in white.
