    I used an old version of a Panasonic bread maker for 16 years. After the interior surface of the bread case got damaged, I decided it was time to purchase a new one. This new bread maker is fantastic! It operates quietly, and even though I’m using the same recipe, the bread tastes even better. The crust is perfectly crispy. I wish I had made this decision sooner.

    Don’t buy this unless you or someone you know reads Japanese, the instructions are only in Japanese. We knew this going in, not an issue for us, just a heads up to others.
    Bread maker is great, nice functions, makes awesome bread.
    We do have a step-down transformer for it, so running on 100 volts as intended.

    米の高騰(卸業者の出し渋りのせい)により、米は食べないことにしました。代わりに豆や小麦で過ごしてます。
    パンは炊飯と違い手間と時間がかかるのですが、これを使うことで大分楽になりました。
    隔日で焼いてます。
    材料もなるべく安く、業務スーパーで手に入る強力粉、バター代わりのマーガリン、スキムミルク代わりのコーヒークリームパウダーを使用しています。
    また、自宅精米で米糠が出てくるのでビタミン剤代わりにこれも混ぜてます。ホームベーカリーはこういうアレンジも楽で良いですね。
    スライサーが欲しくなってくるところですが、100均で売ってる薄手のバットと金網で粗熱取りと一定間隔でのスライスができます。無駄に買わないようにしましょう。
    本体はそれなりに値段しますが、米問屋への叛逆としての出費と見ればやすいもんです。

    ・塩：5g
    ・卵白：卵M 3個分（＝約100g）
    ・水：下表を参照
    ・インスタントドライイースト：3g
    ・イヌリン：0 / 20 / 40g（任意）

    ■ イヌリン量と開始の水量（目安）
    イヌリン0g：水 165g（こね中 追加0〜15gまで）
    イヌリン20g：水 170g（こね中 追加0〜15gまで）
    イヌリン40g：水 175〜180g（こね中 追加0〜10gまで）

    ■ 入れ方（別ボウル不要・直投入）
