Thanks to its 20 cm | 7.8 in wide solid rollers, you will be able to select different alternatives of doughs and thicknesses. The rollers included offer 2 cutting options: 2.5 mm | 0.1 in wide tagliatelle, or 7.5 mm | 0.3 in wide ribbons or fettuccine.
