Step 3 in 6 Pour the flour into the mixing bowl.

1. Pour only flour.

2. Don’t knead into dough.

Step 4 in 6

Close the Top Cover correctly and connect to power. Then press “On/Off” button and then press “Automatic” button.

Step 5 in 6

When the Mixing Axle starts to move, evenly and slowly add liquid through the hole on the Top Cover as much as possible for about 1 minute.

After 10 minutes, the machine will alarm, which means the pasta making is finished.

How to Prevent Noodles from Sticking?

1. Avoid adding too much water. Follow the flour-to-water ratio specified in the instructions.

2. Always start the mixing function first, then slowly pour in water or vegetable juice evenly.

3. Sprinkle some flour on the noodles after extrusion.

How to Make Noodles More Chewy?

1. Use high-gluten flour for better elasticity.

2. Add 3-5g of salt to the water to enhance chewiness.

3. If noodles break easily during cooking, they are too dry—add 5ml more water next time. If they stick together, reduce water by 5-10ml.

What to Do with Excess Dough?

1. Prop up the end of the pasta maker.

2. Press the extrusion button.

3. This ensures no dough is wasted.
